All of our products are sealed in food safe, BPA free bags and are cooked to precise temperatures, quickly cooled and refrigerated.

All meat and vegetable products will keep refrigerated for seven days and meat products can be frozen up to six months.

Scallops will keep refrigerated for four days and may be frozen for up to six months.
